Lane County Christian Homeschool Group!
This group is for Christian homeschooling residents of the Eugene and Springfield area in Oregon. Lane County.
We believe: the God of the Bible is the only true God and that our salvation rests on the only begotten Son of God, Jesus
Christ, who is God, who died on the cross for all mankind, was raised in the flesh and ascended to sit at the right hand of
God.
Spread the word if you can. The value of some good christian friends for your children is immeasurable, as we all know!
(and good for parents too!)
Our group is happily growing as the word has spread that we are are a Christian co-op and playgroup.
You are welcome
to attend an event without "joining" the group. We have no fees for members, except for the stipulation that we do want members
to be active. Active on the email-list and active by attending events when you can. We are not requiring you attend
every one or anything militant, but we do frown on lurking in the shadows.
If you have any ideas for projects, field trips, events, whatever... please share them. We need ideas! We need you!
After all, this is a co-op, and we all have something to contribute- even if it seems small.
And remember- we are a group not just for children-type events. Share your joys and frustrations, share great finds,
share hints and tips, ask questions, tell others of free or nearly free homeschool helps/events/info, parent-type events,
co-op classes, you name it! United we are stronger- and more informed!
The more active you are- the better the group is.
This group has an official stance that discourages use of government funds to educate children.
